Fixed-price project
Defined scope, defined price, defined timeline - phase by phase. Best for builds, migrations, and assessments where the outcome is specifiable.

How we work
Remote delivery fails on ambiguity, so we removed it. Written proposals, fixed first phases, a steady rhythm of shipped work, and communication that respects your timezone.

The engagement arc
01
1–2 weeks
We start by understanding the business, not the backlog. Structured sessions map your workflows, users, systems, and constraints - and define what success measurably means. For infrastructure and AI engagements this includes a technical audit of what exists today.
You receive
02
Within 1 week of discovery
You receive a written technical proposal: the architecture, a phased scope with the reasoning behind the phasing, a timeline with real dependencies, and a fixed price for the first phase. No open-ended hourly estimates for undefined work.
You receive
03
Phase by phase
Work ships in visible increments every two to three weeks - deployed, demonstrated, and documented. You review working software, not status decks. Scope changes are welcome; they’re priced and scheduled explicitly instead of silently absorbed into delays.
You receive
04
Ongoing
After launch, we stay accountable: monitoring, maintenance, security patching, and a team that still knows your codebase a year later. Managed clients get named contacts, response commitments in writing, and quarterly reviews of spend and health.

Engagement models
Most relationships start with one and grow into another. All three come with the same senior team and the same standard of communication.
Defined scope, defined price, defined timeline - phase by phase. Best for builds, migrations, and assessments where the outcome is specifiable.
New builds · Migrations · Assessments
A stable senior team working your priorities month over month, with a predictable invoice. Best for evolving products where the roadmap moves.
Product development · Continuous improvement
We operate your infrastructure - or the systems we built - under a flat monthly agreement with monitoring, maintenance, and response commitments.
Hosting · Backup & DR · Production AI systems
Communication
The Atlantic corridor
Our working day is aligned to bridge US Eastern and Central European hours. Questions get answered in your afternoon - and there’s a phone line on each side of the Atlantic: +1 917 284 9554 (US) and +31 970 102 664 91 (EU).
You get the engineers’ actual names, and a direct channel to them: email, Telegram, or scheduled calls. No ticket queue between you and the person doing the work.
Decisions, scope changes, and incident reports are written down and shared. Six months later, nobody has to remember what was agreed - it’s in the record.
Progress is shown as running software on real infrastructure. If a demo isn’t possible, that itself is the real status update.
